2. Products & Services
We offer hand casting kits, and related products and services. All product descriptions and images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to handcrafting or customization. We make every effort to ensure product details are accurate, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept secure payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and other online payment gateways. Your payment details are processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store or have access to your card or banking information.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to courier partners, public holidays, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
🔴 No Returns. No Refunds. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
🤝Issue Resolution:
If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and resolve it to the best of our ability through replacement parts, guidance, or other support.
🚫 Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed.
6. Product Usage Disclaimer
Our casting materials are non-toxic and safe for external use. However, individuals with known skin allergies or sensitivities should perform a patch test before full use. Eternal Impressions is not liable for any rare cases of skin reactions or improper usage of the product.

All content on our site—including text, images, logos, product names, and designs—is the intellectual property of Eternal Impressions. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
