Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

Our team will review the problem and provide a resolution—this may include replacement parts or guidance depending on the situation.
 

At Eternal Impressions, each product is crafted and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products and customization involved, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return policy.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns on any products once they are sold and delivered.

Please ensure you review product details and read instructions carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds for any products or event bookings.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case you believe an item is missing/damaged from your package:

 

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the packaging and contents.

 

Claims made without visual proof or after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
