2. Is the casting kit safe for babies?
Yes! Our hand casting kits are made using skin-safe, non-toxic materials that are gentle on all skin types, including infants and toddlers.
However, we always recommend adult supervision during the process to ensure comfort and safety.
3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
No, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy. Each product is crafted with care, and due to its customized nature, returns are not accepted.
If there's any issue with your order (missing/damaged items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve it promptly.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. We recommend reviewing your cart and address details carefully before checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location in India.
